NGN Working Groups

As of 22^nd August 2007 there are three working groups covering the following areas:

Communications – The aim of this working group is to establish mechanisms whereby the communication between NGN Members and Regular CIGRÉ -UK Members can be improved. This involves the planning and design of a NGN website, restructuring the ‘Guide for NGN Members' document, and defining links to UK Regular Members. .

Constitution / Paris – Establish the Short and Long Term Goals and Objectives of the CIGRÉ -UK NGN. To decide on the Terms of Reference and how funding from CIGRÉ -UK could be obtained. This working group will also decide on the logistics and NGN involvement criteria for future Paris Sessions.

Members Services – The Members Services WG will define a mechanism for joining WGs along with proposing details of a one year trial mentoring scheme and criteria for obtaining funding from CIGRÉ -UK.
